Master Trainer Instructor Gene Kelly is currently an instructor at the Bellingham Technical College in Bellingham, Washington. He is a former fire fighter with 25 years experience in fitness and nutrition consulting, recreational fitness, and group training. He is a respected board member with the National Federation of Professional Trainers (NFPT). Gene instructed in specialized training as a paramedic emergency medical technician, and has taught classes in advanced rope rescue, swift water techniques, weight lifting and nutriton. With a lifetime of survival and outdoor expedition experience, Gene is also a former competitor for Survival of the Fittest, captain and trainer for Eco Challenge team, and a certified trail and river guide for the Grand Canyon National Park.
