Living to 100 is great, but only if you can still fend for yourself, or stated another way, enjoy everyday. Quality of life is top of the list at any age. My philosophy is to make the best of what time you have. No one can guarantee a long life. However, evidence shows that lifestyle is 80% of the opportunity to live long and disease free.

The human machine, or biochemical system, benefits from a life plan designed with longevity in mind. Bringing the body to balance naturally is hard work yes, however a great plan can make it happen for you faster without wasting excess energy and time.
